Submitted articles will go through a blind peer review to 2-3 persons from the editorial board.

Reviewers will rate and comment the submitted articles based on the criteria listed in the editorial guidelines.

After the blind review process, ratings and comments by the reviewers will be submitted to the editors-in-chief for determination of whether the article is worthy of inclusion in the journal.

At this point, all comments and suggestions will be sent back to the author(s) for editorial changes.

Upon final submission, the article will be uploaded to this site by the managing editor.
